My name is Jacqueline Gallagher.

I have been in practice as a Clinical Hypnotherapist for over 5 years, I will not bore you with a list of my qualifications, these can be found on my other websites.

This website is different. I aim to launch into 2010 with a resurgence of energy and this will be coming your way. I know that the reason that you discovered this new site was no accident. It was pre-ordained. There is a reason that you are here , there is no doubt about that.

The power of thought is real and this new venture is a conglomination of all that has lead to this very moment of you reading this page. For me this started by browsing a second hand bookshop in Rochester High Street and paying more than I intended for a scruffy yellow hardback book. For years I had been looking for a way of bringing my knowledge of psychology and hypnotherapy together but something was missing for me,although I have enjoyed success for others I still wanted more proof that I was doing all  that I could for my clients. I have a training school, I am a hypnotherapy supervisor, I have helped many many people over the years , yet when I picked up this book and began to read I knew that I had discovered what was missing.

In 2010 I will begin to attract people like yourself to my workshops and together we will learn how we can be more successful than we could ever dream, how we can be happier,more positive and more abundant. How we can achieve  peace of mind and serenity, how we can improve our relationships and draw more friendship and love into our lives.

Mindfulness is simply being "more aware"....
